Class of 2025 Graduation
On Sunday, May 18, the Class of 2025 graduated St. Joseph High School on the Steve Upton Field at Dickinson Stadium. The ceremony started at 6:00 pm. Throughout the ceremony, there were a total of 4 speeches given, including “Teacher’s Message” given by St Joseph teacher, Nita Nicholie, in which she said.
“These students face challenges every day that students 40 years ago couldn't even imagine. But they face these challenges with grace and passion, and I am not in any way concerned about the future for these kids,” Ms. Nicholie, or Ms. Nic, said in her speech.
As the ceremony comes to a close, the class of 2025 throws their caps into the air in celebration.

Out of the class of 218 students, 113 graduated as honors graduates, and 40 graduated as part of the National Honor Society (NHS). The top ten students, seen wearing a white stole, included Racheal Cox, Elena Figueroa, Ellie Fischer, Tess Kapelke, Braden Miesse, Manasvi Mogili, Yeshasvi Mogili, Ashley Penner, Turner Peterson, and Alexandra Reyes. These ten students will join the legacy of past top 10 students in the Academic Hall of Fame, displayed in the main hallway of St Joseph High School.
“Graduation was such a surreal experience. Getting to move along in life by the side of the people I grew up with was such a nice moment,” Laina Todd, ‘25, said.
The ceremony concluded with the traditional turning ceremony before the class of 2025 was dismissed.
